- 1 can of whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can of cream-style corn
- 1 package of Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
