- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
- Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up any ice crystals.
- Once the sorbet is firm, scoop and serve.

- You can adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of the peaches.
- For a creamier texture, you can add a splash of coconut milk.
